Leitrim gym joins Cappagh fundraising campaign

Aura Carrick-on-Shannon has joined with Cappagh Hospital Foundation on its latest national fundraising initiative ‘Trifitness’ to raise funds to develop a high quality sports rehabilitation gym.

The Trifitness initiative runs for 10 weeks from September to December and is a team event in which teams of three will compete in a series of interactive distance time trials of 10 minutes each on treadmill, rowing and cycling apparatus. The top teams will qualify for the semi-final and finals, which will be held on Saturday, December 8th in DCU.
