Free late night Elevens Gig at The Dock

Elevens will play a FREE gig in the Dock this friday night, April 20.

Elevens will play a FREE gig in the Dock this friday night, April 20.

The Space at The Dock series has been running late night gigs in The Dock for the last number of months.

We have welcomed Jape, Donal Dineen and The Barley Mob to name but a few to the venue and have had excellent late night fun. If you haven’t had a chance to check out a Space at The Dock gig yet then this Friday night, April 20 you can join us for a super late night musical jamboree with Dublin based band Elevens and best of all, this one is FREE!

When Elevens played The Space at The Dock in November last they wowed the audience with their wonderfully crafted songs delivered with great poignancy by lead singer Martin McCann. So we have invited them back and what’s more we have asked Martin McCann to deliver one of his legendary Soul music DJ sets after Elevens finish their set. So you get the best of both worlds, a wonderful acoustic concert with a beautiful visual element to start the evening off followed by brilliant uplifting grooves to dance to until the early hours.

The band has many fans including Chrissie Hinde and Morrissey and their debut EP got heaps of critical praise and airplay on radio and TV. They are worth seeing just for that reason alone but with the prospect of dancing till late thrown in we think it’s an offer you won’t be able to resist.

The fun starts at 9pm and will continue until the small hours. For more info visit www.thedock.ie or phone us on 071 9650828
