The Loughgill Players, Dromahair this year celebrates its 21st year in existence.
Despite the fact that they have no performance or rehearsal space that they can call their own, they have managed to entertain both local and festival audiences every year since our formation.

As part of their celebrations they will be performing a three act play over the month of March. This years production is a play called “The Memory of Water” which is directed by Gerard McKenna. The play revolves around three sisters and their partners who gather at the home of their recently deceased mother. They revisit the past in poignant and often hilarious ways.

Venues will include Newtownmanor Hall, Sunday, March 7, The Blue Devon Function Room Friday and Sunday, March 12 &14, The Hawkswell Sligo Tuesday, March 16 and The Glens Centre, Manorhamilton March 23.

The Lough Gill Players cast includes: Stephanie Kelly (Ballinagar), Donna McDermott (Newtownmanor) Fiona Loughlin-kuehl (Dromahair) Dolorus Hannon (Dromahair) Brian Gallagher (Dromahair) and Martin Dolan(Dromahair).

The Players hope you can come along and support them on one of the above dates.
