Major Enterprise Centre gets the go ahead in Boyle

Plans for a major mixed Enterprise development in Boyle have been given the go ahead by Roscommon County Council.
The proposed development, applied for by Sean O'Callaghan will see the construction of a three story enterprise/office building, with cafe and restaurant, a number of high bay warehouses, offices and a three story show room with associated car parking at Greatmeadow, Boyle.

The location of the proposed enterprise centre will be just off the N61 as provision for a roadway and a pedestrian entrance on to he national road are provided in the permission. Roscommon County Council have attached 22 conditions to the permission granted.
