Sligo based Congolese band Tropicana Musica play the Glens Centre, Manorhamilton this Saturday, March 22 at 8.30pm.
This Congolese outfit have been creating dance-waves around Ireland for a few years now and merge original songs with strong African grooves for a unique sound. They last played in the Glens for the Francisco Prix Europa Award party and were so good, they had to be invited straight back!
Come and shimmy to one of the best African bands in the country with rumba, soukous and makossa dance - this is part of a new programme of informal dancing nights at the Glens, cafe style seating and dancing space will be provided. Music starts at 8.30pm Admission: €12/10.
