This Summer, Action School of Film, the new name for North West Film School is encouraging young people aged between 10 and 18 to get involved in making their very own movies on courses in Carrick-on-Shannon.

This summer, courses are being offered for two age groups and run from July 16th to 27th in Carrick-on-Shannon. The ‘Zoom’ camp is designed for 10 to 12-year-olds, while the ‘Focus’ course caters for 13 to 18-year-olds. Participants learn about film production techniques including directing, acting, script writing, cameras, sound, and lighting.
