The internationally acclaimed and award-winning Yurodny embark on a nationwide tour of Ireland this December with their huge repertoire of Balkan dance rhythms, wealth of traditional songs from around the world, and crazed instrumental virtuosity sure to warm up even the coldest Winter evening.

They will perform in The Glens Centre, Manorhamilton on Sunday, December 8 at 8.30pm.

In Switzerland the press told them that they ‘self-inseminate’. They call it Yurodnification.

Yurodny have just been awarded support funding from Music Network for a new recording Haivka which they will be making in 2014 with a Ukrainian choral ensemble from the Carpathian mountains and the electro acoustic composer Alla Zagaykevych. The band recorded their debut ‘Odd Set’ in The Glens in 2008. Bookings on (071) 9855833.
