This year DEBRA Ireland the national charity to provide patient support services and to drive research into treatments and cures for those living with the genetic skin condition, epidermolysis bullosa (EB) are going nuts trying to recruit 750 ladies to take part in the Women’s Mini Marathon.

The charity is trying to cover the cost of the New EB Home Nurse that DEBRA Ireland recently hired. They hope to get the largest group ever to undertake the marathon for DEBRA to keep her on the road.

In order to entice ladies, the national charity was able to persuade the lovely Robert Sheehan of Love / Hate fame to offer his charming company as a prize for those who sign up to take part in the marathon for DEBRA Ireland!

Robert has kindly agreed to take five ladies out on a dinner date. To be in with a chance of being one of those ladies all you need to do is sign up on the marathon, register with DEBRA Ireland and raise over €150. All ladies who do this and have their money back into DEBRA Ireland by Friday 19th of July will be put into a draw to win one of these places.

There are loads of other amazing prizes up for grabs too but the biggest win in this is for patients and families as they need this new nursing service to continue.

To take part log on to www.florawomensminimarathon.ie and book your place on the marathon itself.
