Interested parties can arrange to view the properties as normal and if interested, they can make a bid at any stage during the 45 day online auction period. Each property has a reserve price which is agreed with the owner prior to selling, and bids must reach or exceed this figure for the property to be sold.

The company do not charge any upfront costs into the auction and take on board all marketing and entry fees – so the property owner has no costs unless the property is successfully sold. With their last auction selling 23 of the 25 properties offered, the company continue to get strong results at their auctions.
