A two bedroom cottage outside of Carrigallen which is listed in a distressed properties auction next month has an advertised reserve price of only €7,500.

The two bedroom cottage joins two warehouse units in Carrick-on-Shannon and the well known Sandstone Hotel at Rossnowlagh beach on the Allsop auction in the Shelbourne Hotel on March 1.

The cottage at Drumcannon, approx 2km from Carrigallen is situated on a site extending to 0.3 acres. The property comprises a single storey cottage situated on a mature irregular shaped site.
