It has been confirmed today that Enda Williams has left the Leitrim panel to rejoin the Longford set-up.

Williams, who plays his club football with Clonguish, wore the green and gold over the past two years and featured prominently when Leitrim recorded their first ever All-Ireland championship qualifier win, in a memorable victory over Wicklow and he was also a member of the panel that guided Leitrim to success in this year’s FBD League.

Williams joined the Leitrim panel after a number of years with the Longford set-up under the parentage rule as his late father came from Aughavas.
