Ballinamore Community School’s dreams of All-Ireland glory were shattered on Thursday afternoon as Eureka Kells proved far too strong in the Junior B decider.

Ballinamore were confident of victory after a big win in the All-Ireland Semi-Final but they found the Meath school far too hard to handle as Eureka Kells ran out 6-13 to 0-6 winners on the day in the Tesco Homegrown sponsored competition, having led 3-7 to 0-2 at the halftime break.
