As well as an action-packed evening of racing, there’s an added incentive for people attending the Roscommon Races on Monday, June 11, with well-known entrepreneur and RTE ‘Dragon’ Gavin Duffy making a guest appearance.
Gavin Duffy will offer his unique insight and deliver advice on how to survive and thrive in the new economically challenging world. The racecourse will present a ‘Business Advice Evening’ where members from the business community and beyond will get to meet and exchange views.
“It’s something that no doubt will interest many people,” said Racecourse manager Michael Finneran. “This presents a wonderful opportunity for business people in the locality to network and get to hear sound advice from a highly respected businessman,” Mr Finneran added.
Attendees will be treated to a private dinner in the company of the Dragon’s Den investor and the event will be strictly limited.
“In the near future we will have further details on the ‘Business Advice Evening’ and we urge people to keep an eye on the racecourse’s Facebook page but we remind people interested to book their place as soon as possible. We expect a lot of people will want to have a seat at the event and it will be a case of book early to avoid disappointment,” said Mr Finneran.
Monday, June 11, is the first of a two-day race meeting at Roscommon. The opening meeting of the year takes place on Monday, May 21. All enquiries to firstname.lastname@example.org.
