Try this quick and tasty winter muffin recipe from LIDL perfect for a breakfast snack on the run during the busy Christmas week!
255g Belbake self-raising flour
1/2 tsp Kania salt
120g Fairglobe brown sugar
3 heaped tbsps Kilderg Orange Marmalade
1 Connell Farm Egg
240ml Morning Fresh Whole Milk
90ml Vita D’Or Sunflower Oil
Pre-heat the oven to 200°C. Sieve the flour into a large bowl, add the salt, sugar and marmalade.
In a separate bowl beat the egg with a fork then stir in the milk followed by the sunflower oil. Then pour all of the liquid ingredients into the dry mixture and stir very lightly until just combined.
Remove when golden brown and cooled.
