Adrien and Jimmy Kneale and family of Lough Gara Stables and Country Pursuits wish to thank our community and friends for their overwhelming generosity and support of the fund raising events after the fire which devastated our family home in November 2011. We would especially like to thank all those who helped with the build, sponsored events, hosted coffee mornings, organised cake sales, riding events and tractor runs, or helped out, contributed and supported us in any way.
After the fire we were immediately inundated by generous offers of help from friends, neighbours, family, the local community, clients and former clients of our horse riding centre. We were overwhelmed by how much people wanted to help us in our time of need.
There were many fund raising events in the local community. Among these a fundraising tractor drive filled The Crescent on New Years Day and there was great excitement the day the hunt came to Boyle.
We were so lucky that terrible night to get our children and ourselves out of our house alive. We are also so lucky to live in such a great caring community and to have such good friends, family and neighbours.
We invite you to Lough Gara Stables and Country Pursuits on Sunday September 9th between 2pm and 6pm. Commencing at 2:00 pm there will be fun for all the family followed by a Thanksgiving service at 5:00pm conducted by Fr Joe Caulfield.
A complimentary shuttle mini bus will run from The Crescent Boyle and Killaraght Hall to the stables commencing at 1:00 pm Sunday 9th September.
As there is extremely limited parking, we would ask everyone to please use the bus. Can you please E-Mail or text us if you plan to attend so we can establish email@example.com
