Roscommon South Leitrim Fine Gael Deputy Frank Feighan has offered up his own home to Danske Bank to help clear his loans.

Feighan said he was “putting his hands up” and would sell whatever he could to help clear his debts, including his house on 11 acres in Boyle. He had been paying interest only on his loans. His attempts to sell a house and a restaurant in Boyle have been unsuccessful.

Danske Bank secured a €2.4m judgement against John Perry last month.
