Calling all Computer Science Graduates

Cloud company Citrix has announced a programme in partnership with ICT Ireland Skillnet to empower Ireland’s next generation workforce via a free, 15 week course for computer science job seekers, with the real prospect of a job at the end of it. The launch follows a successful pilot in 2012 that saw nine graduates move into full-time employment after completion of the programme.

Cloud company Citrix has announced a programme in partnership with ICT Ireland Skillnet to empower Ireland’s next generation workforce via a free, 15 week course for computer science job seekers, with the real prospect of a job at the end of it. The launch follows a successful pilot in 2012 that saw nine graduates move into full-time employment after completion of the programme.

The course is free to participants who may also retain their full social welfare benefits while attending provided they meet Department of Social Protection eligibility criteria. Places are limited to 15. Interested graduates are asked to submit their CV detailing qualifications and experience to date to susan.kelly@ictirelandskillnet.org. The programme itself commences on the September 2nd, 2013.

Attending this course will allow for fast-track entry into jobs, up to 50% will be offered a job at Citrix.
