The PSNI are investigating the sudden deaths of 29 year old Olivia Reilly on Sunday, August 4 and 36 year old Noel Reilly on Monday, August 5.

Officers say the deceased are not related to each other and they are now following all lines of enquiry to establish whether or not there is a link between the two deaths.

Police investigating two deaths within hours of each other in the same rural town are examining if there is a common factor.

Care worker Olivia Reilly, who was from the nearby Derrylin area, died at a house in Trasna Way estate of Lisnaskea.

An ambulance was called to the scene at around 7.30pm on Sunday.

Ms Reilly is understood to have relations living in the West Cavan and Ballinamore areas.

At midday on Monday, the death of Mr Reilly was reported at Carrowshee Avenue in Lisnaskea. It is understood he lived alone at the house.

Lisnaskea parish priest Joseph Mullin said both families had been left devastated.
