Goal Jersey Day

Former Irish rugby star and Goal Patron, Shane Byrne is encouraging all readers of the Leitrim Observer to take part in Goal’s Jersey Day on Friday, October 5th.

Jersey Day invites members of the public to wear the jersey of their favourite team for one day and make a suggested donation of w2.

Byrne said: “The money raised will make a huge difference to vulnerable families and children in the developing world. I have seen that for myself in India and more recently, in Haiti.”
