Seeking volunteers to plant trees at Farnaght Woodland

The Native Woodland Trust are searching for people for this Saturday’s volunteer day on their Farnaght Woodland Reserve. The Trust will visit their reserve near Drumlish to plant trees and lay out the woodland paths in the area.

The Native Woodland Trust are searching for people for this Saturday’s volunteer day on their Farnaght Woodland Reserve. The Trust will visit their reserve near Drumlish to plant trees and lay out the woodland paths in the area.

The Trust is a charity dedicated to the protection of native woodland in Ireland. Their reserve is situated five minutes from the village of Drumlish in north Longford amongst peaceful landscapes of rolling hills and lakes.

Volunteers are asked to meet in Drumlish Village opposite Costcutters at 11am. If you would like to get involved, contact kieran.flood@nativewoodlandtrust.ie
