Concerned Irish Citizens have renewed their demand for a public inquiry into Anglo Irish Bank following the release of recorded telephone conversations between top Anglo Irish Bank executives in the days leading up to its bailout in September 2008.
Ballinamore’s Patricia Gilheany said on the foot of these revelations, they are asking the Taoiseach to “allow the truth to be told.”
