Former millionaire businessman Kevin McGeever was further remanded on charges in relation to wasting garda time today, Wednesday, September 4.
The 68 year old from Craughwell, Co Galway appeared at Loughrea District Court.
He faces charges relating to wasting garda time on January 29 and February 28 of this year after he was found wandering outside of Ballinamore in January this year. He had been reported missing in May 2012.
Judge Geoffrey Browne remanded McGeever on continuing bail to appear again at Loughrea District Court in October and extended time for service of the book of evidence.
