Uncle Bens

The McManus Family who run the Buille Toll B&B at Corgar, Ballinamore are seeking to win €10,000 for their local school in the Uncle Ben’s Cooking competition.

The cooking competition sees the McManus family cooking a healthy meal with Uncle Bens products.

E leven year old Euan McManus did the videoing and editing of the three minute clip.

The family need to get down to the final four to win €10,000 for their local school, which mum Janetter says “we would dearly love to win of course, not to mention the €5,000 the winning family get.”
