Parents from Counties Fermanagh and Leitrim enjoyed a singing performance conducted by Orla Nugent outside the quarry gates at Belcoo last Friday, where Tamboran Resources proposes to drill.

Tamboran moved onto the site on July 21 last, controversially erecting a fence overnight. Since then the local residents, joined by peaceful protestors from throughout the region, have held a vigil outside the site to show their oppostion and concern about the industry to decision makers. Cross community and cross border family friendly events are being organised on an ongoing basis outside the site and all those who join the protest have agreed to do so in a peaceful manner. Belcoo Frack Free welcomes people from all communities to drop by to show solidarity alongside the local community.
