Fianna Fáil to hold Sligo meeting on CAP reform

Fianna Fáil will hold a public meeting in Sligo this week on reform of the Common Agriculture Policy (CAP) and the challenges facing the farming sector in the North West region.

The meeting, hosted by local Senator Marc MacSharry and the Fianna Fáil Agriculture Spokesperson Éamon Ó Cuív, takes place at 8pm this Thursday, 31 January at the Glasshouse Hotel.

Representatives of all the major farming groups will also be in attendance.

Senator MacSharry has said anyone who has questions or concerns about these issues is welcome to attend the meeting.
