Gardai appeal for public help in tracing van

Gardai in Gort, Co Galway are appealing for help from the public in tracing the vehicle that Kevin McGeever was travelling in before he was dropped at the roadside last Tuesday night.

Speaking to the Leitrim Observer from the incident room, set up to investigate the disappearance and subsequent discovery of the millionaire property developer, a garda spokesperson said that they would like to speak with anyone who was travelling on the Swadlinbar to Ballinamore road between 9pm and 10pm on January 30 (check).

They are also asking local businesses or home owners who may have cctv footage of the road to contact them at Gort Garda Station on (091) 636400.
