Service alterations on the Sligo rail line
Service alterations will be in place on the Sligo line from October 27 to November 7 due to engineering works. A bus transfer will be in operation between Sligo and all stations to Dromod. Intending customers should allow for an extra 30 minutes onto their journey time.
Please note that buses will depart Sligo and Collooney 30 minutes in advance of the scheduled train times to Dublin. Buses will depart Ballymote, Boyle and Carrick-on-Shannon 20 minutes in advance of the scheduled train times to Dublin.
These works are to facilitate the renewal of the Drumsna Railway Bridge which is part of the Transport 21 Investment programme. The full timetable amended timetable is available at www.irishrail.ie
