Change of use application for Mohill betting office to a Chinese restaurant

Planning permission is being sought to change the use of a premises in Mohill from a betting office into a Chinese restaurant and takeaway.

The premises is located at Lower Main Street, Mohill.

The planning application calls for signage and all associated site works.
