The Leitrim Sports Partnership is delighted to continue this excellent women “Meet and Train Boot Camps for Females” programme in Ballinamore. Carrick, Carrigallen & Mohill, with the first classes starting later this week in Mohill and Carrick-on-Shannon
The project will offer women the opportunity to take part in a number of activities over the six weeks. There will be an optional weigh in for all participants on the programme.
We want women in Leitrim to take control of your exercise and your life, stop making excuses and start making progress.
Exercise can help you live longer, can help lower blood pressure and cholesterol, fights fat, helps you feel and look better, and protect against certain medical conditions. It helps you cope with stress, improves your mood and your mind.
We are striving to provide a non-intimidating, friendly and approachable atmosphere. We want to ensure everyone feels confident doing their workouts.
The programme is designed so that lots of new techniques will be learned and there is lots of variety so that you stay making progress. It’s a fitness based boot camp including running, circuits and toning.
The programme is designed for women of all ages regardless of fitness levels. It’s the perfect opportunity to make new friends “have fun, get fit and keep fit”.
