Are you working to your full potential? Do you enjoy your job and are you playing to your strengths at work? Or are you like hundreds of others, wanting to pursue a NEW direction, whether that be through a new job, a new startup / small business or simply achieving more in your life or current employment?
Teamlife Training & Coaching is offering you the chance to bring out the very best in your potential through STEP UP - a six-day programme (spread out over one month) that focuses on personal and professional development and career advancement. The course is been run in Carrick-on-Shannon this September and you will receive a FETAC Level 6 Certified Coaching compound certificate on graduation
This unique programme is designed to teach you the essential communication and interpersonal skills for success in your personal and professional lives. Through learning these essential skills you will not only be able to identify your strengths and work in a career which makes the best use of your talents, you’ll also be able to identify your goals and get on the right path to making them a reality.
Leitrim based course provider, James Martin, has trained and worked across North America, Europe and Australia with Anthony Robbins, a world-renowned authority on personal and business leadership and coaching. He has also coached teams and lead Irish charity missions to schools, orphanages and prisons in Georgia and Belarus as well as to former child soldier rehabilitation centres in northern Uganda.
James has spent 12 years helping to motivate and mentor those seeking a new direction in their lives, providing them with what he calls a “toolkit for success” and helping participants get a fresh perspective on their goals and how to achieve them.
The course encourages all participants to establish a new vision for your future whether you are currently looking for employment, someone unhappy with their current work situation, someone trying to set up your own business, recently retired and looking for a new direction in life or just someone who wants to improve their coaching and communication skills to get that promotion.
Guest speakers during the course include Gerry Duffy, who recently completed an amazing 32 marathons in 32 days. You will get the opportunity to share some of his insights into sports psychology and how the lessons he’s learned can transfer to the way we approach, not just our career, but our daily lives.
