What’s on the headlines around the world today? If you are interested and want to know and you are a member of the library, you have all this at your fingertips in just one click for free. Leitrim County Library provides a newspaper on line service. This service gives you access to 2200 newspapers and magazines from around the world. It is the most convenient and complete way to read all your favourite newspapers and magazines on one site. Users gain access to publications from within the library, from home and around the world on the day they are published. It is very easy to use with a simple interface and easy to use navigation tools. Readers can translate their newspaper into one of ten major foreign languages. There is page and article sharing, RSS and Blogging features you will not get with the traditional newspaper. It provides a global perspective on world events by delivering a wide range of publications to readers while at the library, at home and away. It is free if you are a member of the library. You can access it at the library website www.leitrimlibrary.ie and click the Newspapers Online link on the left hand side.
