History meeting tonight

A very important history meeting will take place tonight, Wednesday, 6th March at 9.30pm in Cullentra Centre. Due to circumstances beyond the group’s control, the time has been changed to 9.30pm. Apologies for any inconvenience that this may cause. All welcome.

Public meeting with Gardai

Following the closure of Glenfarne Garda Station recently, a consultation process was conducted with the local people of Glenfarne to ascertain the policing needs for the area. Some very positive suggestions have been submitted. The consultation process has been completed and a meeting will take place in Cullentra Centre on Tuesday, 12th March at 8pm with Superintendant John Furlong to present the findings. Everybody is welcome.

Get Ireland Online

Over 55? Suffering from Computer Phobia? As part of the Get Ireland Online initiative The New Ballagh Centre in Rossinver is running an easy step by step course where you can learn to create and send email, use social media, use online telephone services like Skype and shop and bank online. The course runs weekly from 11am -1pm for 5 weeks and starts on Wednesday, 6th March. €20 for the full course. To book a place ring 9854030 or 9854928.
