Remember the late John Curry?
Anybody who grew up in Ballinamore in the late 70’s and 80’s will remember the late John Curry. John spent many years coming on holiday to Ballinamore before coming back to spend his final years there. Throughout his years in Ballinamore John took numerous photographs, got them developed and then gave them as a keepsake to the people concerned. If there is anybody out there with any of those photos, the library would like to get a copy of them with a view to putting them together as exhibition during the summer festival. If any of you have these photos please contact the library at 071 9645566.
