Week of Faith

Our ‘Week of Faith’ will explore the many complexities around the incidences of suicide and self harm. Discussions will take place around the possible negative impact of social networking sites. The week will also address the need of making awareness felt in our communities and particularly for parents and young people. We have invited imminent speakers to talk on relevant topics and we are looking forward to large attendances nightly.

We propose to invite you to our community centre at Killenummery, Dromahair on Wednesday, May 8th, at 8pm to promote this week to the best of your ability, so that this awareness will be a real reality and a new sense of hope for all our people will emanate from it.

People with special needs: Cáirde Liatroim is holding a fundraising dance with TR Dallas, Mickey Clerkin and Seán McAloon in the Bush Hotel Carrick-on-Shannon on Thursday, 9th May. Start 8pm.
