Coding for Kids for free

We are setting up a free coding for kids class in Ballinamore. Coding is the way you build websites, computer games and Apps. Coding is very useful for kids and adults alike. CoderDojo is the organisation worldwide who want to teach kids to code for free. All the information is here www.coderdojo.com There are over 50 coderdojos in Ireland today. We need adults and kids to email us to see if we have enough interest. We intend to have one every Saturday for 1 or 2 hours. This is open to all kids the Leitrim/Cavan/Longford/Fermanagh area. Bingo continues every Thursday night at 9pm in the community centre. Every week €1,100 is won in prizes. The jackpot is now an amazing €8,435. Come along and chance your luck. May run walk or roll

The annual may run walk or roll in aid of Cancer Research/North West Hospice will take place on Sunday, May 26th starting from Aughnasheelin Community centre at 1 p.m. Entry Fee €10. Sponsorship cards on request - contact Cáit at 0872123703. Join the walk and you will not only support a good cause but you will also bring your friends and families together for a great fun afternoon. Last year over €10,000 was raised for Cancer research and this year we would gope to exceed that for these two very worthy causes. If you can’t walk you can stil help out with stewarding, refreshments, registration etc, or you can donate on MyCharity.ie. If you’re donating but not walking why not join us for refreshments in the Community Centre following the event.
