Church News

Please note change of Masses while St. Mary’s Church, Annaduff is being refurbished as follows: Masses will now be celebrated in Drumsna Church: Monday evening 7 p.m. followed by Exposition of the Blessed Sacrament until 8 p.m. Holy Hour Duty: Maura Ward, Irene Beirne, Annie Cox, Kathleen McWeeney: Tuesday, Wednesday, Thursday, 9 a.m. Friday (7 p.m.). Saturday evening Vigil Mass 7 p.m. in Drumsna and the 11 a.m. Sunday Mass will be celebrated in Annaduff N.S.

Fashion Show

The men and woman of Bornacoola GAA Club are preparing to strut their stuff on April 19th; all for a good cause. This is just one event in a list of exciting challenges they have set themselves as part of the club’s fundraising endeavours for the coming season. Fashions will be supplied by shops on Longford, Carrick on Shannon and Athlone. Models will be our own home grown talent! See your favourite players as they put their best foot forward and walk the ramp! Music on the night with Tom Moran. Wine & Cheese reception and raffle. Tickets are priced at only €10 and are now available so dig deep and support this very worthwhile cause.

Lotto

The Parish and G.A.A. Lotto took place in Coxs’ Steakhouse, Dromod on Sunday. The winning numbers were 4, 11, 21, 22. There was no jackpot winner. The following won prizes. €50 was won by Patricia Reilly, Glebe. €25 prizes were won by: Damien Moylan, Drumsna, Mattie Cox, Annaduff, John Dowling, 3, Warren View, Dromod, Tim Shanley, Newtownforbes. Congratulations to our winners. Thanks to all who contributed. Thanks to T.P. and Eileen for hosting the draw. The next Lotto Draw will be held in Taylor’s, Drumsna on Sunday, 21st April with a jackpot of €4,300.

First Communion

Do this in memory of me (First Communion Programme) young people and their parents will be celebrating on Sunday next 14th April at 11 a.m. Mass in Annaduff National School. Practice in Annaduff School at 8 p.m. on this Thursday night.
