Drumgowna School Reunion

Drumgowna School Reunion

The Committee had a general meeting in the community centre on Sunday 20th Jan. This was their second open meeting. It was a very enjoyable and rewarding few hours with past pupils from two outside parishes coming, tracing their footsteps and volunteering their assistance, as well as providing photos, stories and precious folklore from another era. They want to remember their parents, grandparents, uncles and aunts who attended Drumgowna School, and they greatly enhanced our project. The committee would appreciate if people would come forward with phone numbers and addresses of anyone they think might not know about the reunion and also to get their own submissions in as soon as possible to any committee member or e-mail Drumgowna.School@yahoo.com

The couple went home with a handsome sum of money and we wish them a very happy spend.
