Leitrim councillor Paddy Farrell asked the district engineer to review means of slowing down the traffic on the R299

Leitrim councillor Paddy Farrell asked the district engineer to review means of slowing down the traffic on the R299 at Aurivo co-op, as vehicles travel at high speed in both directions in this location and was told that the council will endeavour to erect signage at the location to notify traffic of a commercial premises entrance.

Cllr Enda Stenson and Cllr Sean McGowan both supported the motion.
