Residents in South Leitrim are advised that they may experience interruptions to their water supply due to scheduled works at a local water treatment plant.
Uisce Éireann has issued a warning that this disruption could impact supply to several areas, including Drumshanbo, Ballinamore, Keshcarrigan, Fenagh, Kilyvehy, Cloone, Gortletteragh, and nearby locations.
The maintenance works are planned to take place from 9:00am on Monday, July 14 until 9:00pm on Tuesday, July 15.
However, in order to maintain a daytime supply, nighttime restrictions will be in place from 11pm each night to 7am the following morning for the coming days.
Uisce Éireann recommends that residents allow an additional three to four hours after the estimated restoration time for the full return of water supply.
