The Island Theatre, Ballinamore
A Leitrim councillor has asked that safety guards be installed across from The Island Theatre, Ballinamore, Leitrim and that the disabled bay be incorporated into the car parking spaces at the Theatre.
Speaking to the Leitrim Observer, Cllr Ita Reynolds-Flynn confirmed that the actions would be carried out under Active Travel funding. "It's such a main thoroughfare and very busy. The works will funded through Active Travel as part of safety works to be carried out at the school."
