The 47th Kiltoghert Adult Christmas Party Christmas Party this Sunday has been cancelled due to the pending snow and frost over the weekend.
However, the organisers say the good news is that it has been rescheduled for Sunday the 19th January at 3pm in the Bush Hotel.
The 47th Kiltoghert Adult Christmas Party was scheduled to place in The Bush Hotel today, Sunday the 5th of January.
The sit-down meal was due to commence at 3.00 pm.
Music for the party was to be provided by The Killina Céili Band, with the usual complement of dancers (Edwina's Sean Nós ar an tSionann dancers plus the Crossan School of Dancing), and a host of entertainers coming along as well to liven up proceedings.
A similar programme of events in planned for the rescheduled event.
