Leitrim man's 'snake prank' on unsuspecting mother does viral

Leitrim Tiktoker Sean Plunket 'fake snake' prank post has gone viral

A Leitrim man's post has gone viral after pulling a prank on his unsuspecting mother while taking a stroll through the woods with a fake snake attached to her back.

148,000 have watched the video over the last few days with the numbers continuing to rise.

While his mother was speaking of how beautiful the forest walk was to somebody on the phone, she was being followed by a 'snake' through the woods.

When his mother spots the wriggly fellow behind her, she immediately screams and runs forward unaware that the item is attached to her coat.

It takes the woman several moments to realise it's just a dummy and she's been taken in by her mischievous son.

The clearly shaken woman then bends over to get her breath before using her inhaler in an effort to calm down with her son sounding decidedly sheepish in the background.

This isn't the first time lovable mammy Linda has gone viral with another video posted by Sean showing him tricking his mother into thinking that a piece of ham was a face mask. This particular video was watched over 700,000 times and was posted on April Fool's day, naturally enough.

He's also achieved huge viewing figures in the past with another video gaining well over 200,000 views.
