Fair play to these ladies who took part in the Wim Hof Fundamental Course (Breathing and Ice Bath) last Saturday at Breffni FRC. This class was under the tutoring skills of Bernie Carthy. "I'll tell you all something they have a lot more guts than i have, and there was great feedback from all who took part."
