We all know that Santa has to undertake a rather epic journey on December 24, but thanks to the boffins at Norad (the North American Aerospace Defense Command) you can find out exactly when Mr Claus is coming to your town, via their Father Christmas tracker.
Their service began by in 1955 and now, every year, thousands of volunteers staff telephones and computers to answer calls and e-mails from children (and adults) around the world. As of 2007, search engine Google has also provided an online tracker, in partnership with Norad.
