Teresa Rice (née Prior), Tullahinell, Ballylongford, Kerry / Leitrim - The death has occurred of Teresa Rice (née Prior) of Tullahinell North, Ballylongford County Kerry and Derrinever, County Leitrim. Teresa is predeceased by her beloved husband Jimmy RIP. She will be sadly missed by her loving family her daughter Fiona, son James, adored grandchildren Mia and Hannah, sisters, brother, son-in-law, daughter-in-law, nieces, nephews, extended family, friends and neighbours. Funeral Arrangements: Reposing at Lynch's Funeral Home, Main Street, Ballylongford, on Friday evening from 6pm-8pm with removal at 8pm to St. Mary's Church, Asdee. Requiem Mass for Teresa will be held on Saturday morning at 11am, followed by interment afterwards in Gale Cemetery. Family flowers only, please. Donations, if desired, to the Irish Heart Foundation. ex Eircom and Countryside properties. Peacefully at St. Vincent’s Private Hospital, Dublin. Declan (Denis), Predeceased by his son Jason and his parents Frank and Ann. Deeply regretted by his loving wife Marion, sons David and Darragh, sisters Kathleen and Mary, brothers Noel and Damian, daughter-in-law Erita, sisters-in-law, brothers-in-law, nieces, nephews, grandchildren Emelia and Evan, neighbours, relatives and a large circle of friends. Declan will be reposing at his home on Saturday from 3pm to 6pm. Funeral mass on Sunday at 2pm in St. Michael’s Church, Drumlion, followed by burial afterwards in Drumlion Cemetery. Michael McGlynn Portmarnock, Dublin / Driney, Leitrim Retired Garda Superintendent and Peace Commissioner. On the 2nd March 2023, peacefully, in the wonderful care of the staff of the Bon Secours Hospital surrounded by his loving family. Very sadly missed by his beloved wife Phyllis, his loving children Patrick, Kathryn, Andrew, Fiona and Tracy, daughters-in-law Aileen and Carolina, sons-in-law Keith and Pat, treasured grandchildren Helen, Niamh, Ciara, Gareth, James, Owen, Conor, Lauren, Georgia, Dylan, Alessio and Emilia, sister Maureen, brothers Brendan and Seamus, also remembering his late brother Pat. Mary Bridget McManus (née Martin), Corraclare North, Derrylin, Fermanagh formerly Inishturk Island, Lisnaskea, Wolverhampton and Corraclare North, Derrylin, Co Fermanagh, loving wife of the late Eddie and devoted mother of Patricia (Maurice), Marlene (John RIP), Jimmy (Julie), Carol (Stephen) & Michael. Sister of James, Margaret & Eileen and predeceased by her brother Peter and sisters Theresa and Annie RIP. Mary’s remains will arrive at St. Ninnidh’s Church Derrylin Saturday 4th March for 11.00am Requiem Mass, followed by burial in adjoining cemetery. Marie Dunne (née McKenna), Clonicavant, Killucan, Westmeath / Drumlish, Longford Died 27th February 2023, peacefully at the Midlands Regional Hospital, Mullingar. Pre-deceased by her parents Mary and Frank, and brother John Patsy. Sadly missed by her husband Seamus and son Gordon, sister Esther Tallon, twin brother Gerry, brother-in-law PJ, sister-in-law Margaret McKenna, daughter-in-law Sarah, grandchildren Aoife and Oisín, nieces, nephews, relatives, friends and neighbours. Monica Battles (née McLoughlin), Garrow, Boyle, Roscommon 2nd of March 2023, peacefully surrounded by her loving family, in the devoted care of the staff of the Plunkett Community Nursing Home, Boyle. Beloved wife of Johnny, mother to John and Sinead. Monica will be forever missed by her daughter-in-law Philippa, son-in-law Andrew and her adored grandchildren, brothers Christopher and Oliver McLoughlin, sisters Kathleen Moran and Nancy Duignan, brothers-in-law and sisters-in-law of the Battles family, nieces and nephews, extended family, neighbours and a large circle of friends. Mary Ellen will be very sadly missed and lovingly remembered by her husband Patrick, sons Francis, Gerard, and John, daughter Martina, grandchildren Keith, Frank, Natasha, Chloe, Garret and Maeve, great-grandchildren Kyle, Oisín, Tadhg, Daithí and Caelan, brother Tommy Oates, sister Phyllis Gillhooly, son-in-law Gerry, daughter-in-law Yvonne, brothers-in-law Gerry and Tom Tighe, Gerry Gillhooly and P.J. Annie Walsh (née Gaffney), Tullytawn, Ballyfarnon, Roscommon March 2nd 2023, peacefully, surrounded by her loving family and in the tender care of the wonderful staff of Plunkett Community Nursing Home, Boyle. Predeceased by her husband Tommie, sister Frances and brother Charlie. Annie will be sadly missed by her loving daughters Mary (Tubbercurry) and Florence (Leitrim Village) grandchildren Patrick and Lisa, sons-in-law Brendan Wimsey and Seamus Mc Ternan, nieces, nephews, her neighbours and friends. Reposing at the residence of her daughter Florence, 4 Cois Abhainn, Leitrim Village, Saturday, March 4th, from 4 p.m. until 8p.m. Removal on Sunday morning to the Church of the Nativity of the Blessed Virgin Mary, Keadue, arriving for celebration of Mass of Christian Burial at 11.30 a.m. Interment afterwards in Kilronan Cemetery.
