The following death has taken place:

William (Billy) Bennett, Brackley House, Bawnboy, Cavan

Peacefully, at Cavan General Hospital. Brother of the late Joan Harper. Deeply regretted by his loving children Kathleen, Susie (Francis), Claire, Willie (Martina), grandchildren, Conor, Liam, Aisling, Shauna and Ciara, brother John (Janet), sisters Kathleen Mc Barron (Pearse), Mary Leonard and their families, nephews, nieces, relatives and friends. Remains reposing at his late residence today Monday from 2- 5pm. House private at all other times. Remains arriving at Saint Mary's Church, Swanlinbar, on Monday at 8pm. Requiem Mass on Tuesday at 11am with burial in Killaduff Cemetery.

Teresa Boland, Corrabeeher, Aughnasheelin, Leitrim / Easkey, Sligo

Formerly of Corranrod, Easkey, Co. Sligo. She will be sadly missed by Packie (Mulvey), her brother Leo, nephews, nieces, neighbours, relatives and friends. Rest in Peace. Full funeral arrangements later.

Thomas Rooney, better known as Tom, Mataugh, Glenaniff, Rossinver, Co. Leitrim and formerly of Luton, England and Cartron Point, Sligo, peacefully at his home. Deeply regretted by his loving wife Patsy, daughter Catherine, son John, grandhildren Joanne, Declan, Donna, Claire, Darina, Aoife & Niall, great-grandchildren Erin & Aoibhean, son-in-law Vincent, newphews Terry, Steven & James and all extended family members, friends & neighbours. Reposing at his home with removal this Monday morning to arrive at St Aidan's Church, Ballaghmeehan for 11am funeral mass. Burial afterwards in Rossinver Cemetery. House private please.

Sr. Ursula O' Keefe, St. Louis Convent, Rathmines, Dublin / Bundoran, Donegal

Sr. Ursula, (St. Louis Convent, Rathmines, Dublin and late of Bundoran, Co Donegal). June 15th, 2018 . Peacefully in the care of the staff of Marlay Nursing Home, Rathfarnham. Predeceased by her sister Sr. Concepta and her brother Regis; sadly missed by her loving sister, Sr.Treasa, sister-in-law Rita, nieces Concepta, Rita, Clotilde and Ursula, nephews John and Gerard, nieces-in-law, nephews-in-law, grandnieces, grandnephews, relatives, friends and her St. Louis Community.Removal to St. Louis Convent, Rathmines today Monday arriving at 4 pm. Funeral Mass on Tuesday at 10 am in the Church of Mary Immaculate Refuge of Sinners, Rathmines followed by burial at Kilmashogue Cemetery.

Philomena (Phil) MacMahon, Firhouse, Dublin / Ballyshannon, Donegal

MacMahon, Aileen Philomena (Phil), (Firhouse and late of C.I.E. and Ballyshannon, Co.Donegal), 15 June 2018, peacefully at home. Very sadly missed by her loving family, sisters Geraldine, Eithne, Emer and Joan, brothers Malachy and Lauri, nieces, nephews, grandnieces, grandnephews, relatives and friends. Pre-deceased by her sister Patricia and her brothers Fergus and Brian. Removal on Monday morning (18 June) to the Church of Our Lady of Mount Carmel, Firhouse arriving for a Funeral Mass at 10 am followed by cremation at Mount Jerome Crematorium (Committal Service at 12 noon in the Garden Chapel). Family flowers only please. Donations, if desired, to Friends of St Lukes. House Private.

Patrick(Pakie) Carty, Knockroe, Boyle, Roscommon

Peacefully at his home, in the loving care of his devoted wife Patsy and family. Deeply regretted and lovingly remembered by his wife Patsy, daughters Mary (Sligo) and Ann (Strokestown), sons Michael (Knockarushe) and Joe (Knockroe), sister Nora, daughters-in-law Pauline and Fionnuala, son-in law Ollie, grandchildren Megan, Sean, Sarah, Jane and Niamh, nieces, nephews, relatives, neighbours, carers and friends. Funeral Mass today Monday in St Michael's church, Croghan at 11am with burial afterwards in Eastersnow Cemetery.

Sr. Reena Dawson, Edgeworthstown, Longford / Granard, Longford

Peacefully in the loving care of the staff of Our Lady’s Manor Nursing Home, Edgeworthstown. Former Principal Cnoc Mhuire, Granard. Predeceased by her brother Tommy, sisters Margaret and Teresa. Deeply regretted by the Sisters of Mercy in the Mercy Congregation, her sister Agnes, sister-in-law Jeannie, nieces, nephews, grand nieces, grand nephews, relatives and many friends. Reposing at Smith’s Funeral Home, Barrack St, Granard, on Tuesday 19th June at 4.30pm with evening prayer at 7.30pm. Remains will arrive to St. Mary’s Church, Granard on Wednesday 20th for Funeral Mass at 1pm followed by interment in Community Plot in church grounds. Family flowers only please.

Louis Connolly, Toomore,Hillstreet, Carrick-on-Shannon, Roscommon

In the loving care of all the staff at the Sacred Heart Hospital, Roscommon. Removal on Tuesday June 19th from McHugh's Funeral Home, Strokestown, to arrive at Aughrim Church for Funeral Mass at 12 noon. Burial afterwards in Aughrim Cemetery.
