The following deaths have taken place in Leitrim and surrounding areas:

Francis (Pat) Fox, Brackerymore, Manorhamilton, Leitrim

Francis Patrick Fox (known as Pat) London and formerly of Brackerymore, Manorhamilton, Co. Leitrim. Peacefully, at St Pappin's Nursing Home, Dublin. Deeply regretted by his brother Larry, nieces, nephews, grandnieces, grandnephews, relatives and circle of friends. Removal to the Church of the Annunciation, Mullies, on Wednesday morning to arrive for 11 o'clock Funeral Mass with burial afterwards in the adjoining cemetery.

Nora Healy, Bridge Street, Oughterard, Galway / Boyle, Roscommon

Nora Healy, Main Street, Oughterard, Co. Galway, formerly Grangemore, Boyle, Co. Roscommon, on the 3rd of March 2019, peacefully in UCHG, in her 102nd year. Predeceased by her sisters Mary Kate Hanmore (Boyle, Co. Roscommon), Brigid Early (Grangemore, Boyle, Co. Roscommon) and Rita de Búrca (Salthill, Co. Galway). Deeply regretted by her loving nieces and nephews, grandnieces and grandnephews, great-grandnieces and great-grandnephews, extended family and friends. Reposing at Walsh's funeral home, Oughterard, on Tuesday the 5th of March, from 5 o'clock with removal at 6.30 to Oughterard Church. Requiem mass on Wednesday the 6th at 12 noon in St. Joseph's Church, Boyle, Co. Roscommon. Burial immediately afterwards in Killaraght old cemetery, Boyle, Co. Roscommon.

Deeply regretted by his loving family, sisters Lily (Westport), Marie (Longford), Alice (USA) and brothers Percy (Terenure), Paul (Salthill) and Brian (Belturbet), brothers in law, sisters in law, uncle, nephews, nieces, relatives and friends. Haydar Yilmaz, Lurganboy, Manorhamilton, peacefully, at the North West Hospice Sligo on Friday, 1st March, 2019.  Funeral service on Tuesday at 12 noon at Calry Parish Church, The Mall, Sligo with burial afterwards in Diffreen Cemetery, Glencar. Family flowers only, please. Donations in lieu of flowers to The North West Hospice Sligo. House private, please.

Thomas (Tom) McGovern, Dublin / Aughavas, Co Leitrim

Thomas (Tom) McGovern, Conor Clune Road, Navan Road, Dublin 7, and formerly of Aughavas, Co. Leitrim, on Friday, March 1st, 2019, after a short illness in the tender care of the staff of Beaumont Hospital. Dearly loved husband of Eileen, and much loved father of Elaine, Niall and Marie, he will be sadly missed by his devoted wife and children, brothers Pat (Newtowngore), Philip (Dublin), Michael (Carrgallen), Leo (Aughavas), sister Anne (Doyle, Mohill) nieces, nephews, relatives, and a wide circle of friends. Funeral Mass at 10am on Tuesday  at The Church of Our Lady Help Of Christians, Navan Road, with burial afterwards in Glasnevin Cemetery.
