The late Ronan Moran lifts the Cup after he captained Allen Gaels to win the 2020 Leitrim Minor Football Championship title
The community of Drumshanbo and surrounding areas is in shock following the news of the death of Ronan Moran, a popular young man and Allen Gaels players.
His RIP notice reads: Ronan Moran, Aughnagallop, Drumshanbo, Co Leitrim. Suddenly. Cherished son of John and Geraldine and adored brother of Kevin and Fergal. Sadly missed by his devoted Aunts and Uncles, Abina, Ann, Niall and Joe and his loving cousins, Darragh, Eve and Ciaran. Remembered with love by his extended family, especially Colette and Tarah, his girlfriend, Kaitlyn and his wide circle of friends. May His Beautiful Soul Rest In Peace. Funeral Arrangements Later.
Is is understood Ronan was studying at the University of Limerick at the time of his passing.
The annual Tony McGowan Run due to take place this weekend has been postponed as mark of respect.
