An intriguing set of games could see League champions Fenagh St Caillins miss out on the knockout stages if they fail to beat Ballinamore Sean O'Heslins in the final round of Connacht Gold Leitrim SFC group games and Aughnasheelin and Glencar Manorhamilton both win their games against St Patrick's Dromahair and Leitrim Gaels.
That's one possible scenario after the draw was made for the final round of group games with two blockbuster encounters as Fenagh travel to take on their Ballinamore neighbours while there is also a repeat of last year's dramatic county final with Mohill hosting St Mary's Kiltoghert in the final round.
Victory for either Mohill or St Mary's would ensure them a spot in the semi-final, leaving Ballinamore and Leitrim Gaels battling it out for the second semi-final spot.
Leitrim Gaels could book an automatic semi-final spot with a win over a Glencar Manorhamilton side who need a solitary point to reach the Quarter-Finals while Aughawillan, with a big win away to fellow strugglers Gortletteragh, could reach the playoffs if both Fenagh and Glencar Manorhamilton suffer big reverses.
In the Smith Monumentals IFC, everything is up for grabs after three draws in the five games played this weekend. Leaders Annaduff travel to take on Aughavas while Melvin Gaels host a Bornacoola team looking for their first points of the competition. Drumreilly, also without a win, host Ballinaglera in Carrickmakeegan.
Division 2 winners Allen Gaels face a repeat of the League final against Carrigallen while Division 3 winners Drumkeerin take on a Kiltubrid team who drew with Melvin Gaels in Kinlough at the weekend.
Dates and venues will be finalised by the Leitrim CCC later.
