Excitement filled the room in Lough Rynn Castle recently as the Gortletteragh GAA Quid Game fundraising event was officially launched. Gortletteragh GAA are hoping to raise funds to develop facilities at the club’s recently opened pitch. The proceeds of the event will go towards the construction of a spectator stand that offers access and comfort to supporters of all ages and abilities.
Quid Game, powered by ClubSpot Events, is designed to deliver all the excitement and suspense of the Netflix series. Participants will engage in a series of six skill-based games that test their accuracy, endurance, and hand-eye coordination. The competition promises an adrenaline-pumping experience for all involved.

Local clubs and groups are invited to nominate participants to compete for an amazing cash prize of €10,000, with the victorious participant sharing their winnings with their club or a charity of their choice.

The Gortletteragh GAA Quid Game event aims to provide an unforgettable experience for participants while offering local businesses and neighbouring clubs a fantastic opportunity to support the event. By involving a wide range of participants and spectators, the event is expected to foster a sense of unity and support within the region.

The event organisers are delighted with the response to date, with a large number of participants already signed up. We wish to express thanks to the local clubs and groups for their support. There are still a number of participant spaces available, and we extend an invitation to other clubs to nominate participants.

The event organisers are also seeking the support of local businesses, with various sponsorship packages available.

Tickets for the event are €20 and will go on sale in the coming weeks. We encourage members of the public to come along on the night to cheer on the participants and to help make the event a success.
